I booked the flat in 2014 June in Embassy Residency Phase 2 but now due to financial crisis I am selling this flat. now the phase II almost finish means 90% construction has done and my flat will handover with in 3 months time. I got the final demand letter from builder also and Good thing is the flat is not yet Register in my name,whoever interested I will nominate their name to Builder so that the flat will be in their name with out any extra charge, Buyer will be benefit for OLD sqft price. if interested please give a call -9840318538 / 7092030899.
