..along with the details on possession date which was initially reported to be likely around Feb 2011, is confirmed to be Sep 2011 (or 24 months from launch).

Also, from our earlier profile the rates were supposed to be in the range of Rs.45 Lakhs to 65 Lakhs (approximate rates as of Fairpro '09). But now during the launch the rates are starting at 37 Lakhs, though all features seem to remain the same.

The Belvedere is launching on 5th September 2009 (Saturday).
