Of the total of 2174 apartments constructed in 31 acres, 518 are supposed to be built in the first phase of the CosmoCity, the rest coming in two more phases. Construction for the first phase is to begin in April 2009.

The facilities include swimming pool, toddler's pool, ladies and gents gym, table tennis, basket ball post, multipurpose hall, landscaped garden, children play area and super market.

The plan has got DTCP approval.

Preferred banking partners are SBI and HDFC Bank.

Provident Housing Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Puravankara Projects Ltd.

As per marketing message on 29 March 2009, Phase 1 has been sold out and Phase 2 is has been launched - starting at 17.9 lacs.

the distance from the main road to the project is too far and remote also without any sort of connectivity from the road to the project
