L&T Arun Excello has joined hands with Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj (JLLM) subsidiary Homebay Residential, which would aid the senior citizens in valuation of their old homes, selling the same for a good price and to subseqently buy an Estancia apartment.

Dedicated landscaped, vehicle free pedestrian pathways.
Yoga and meditation centre.
Polyclinic with doctor on call within township.
Pharmacy within township.
Supermarket within township.
Optional house-keeping arrangements.

A total of 30 apartments have been reserved in the ground and first floors of Estancia projects and would cost Rs.75 Lakhs to One Crore. If senior citizens where to own independent houses or plots, the offer includes joint venture development plans.

Possession will be available from December 2009.
