The project "Serenity" by Sabari is located at Siruseri, Chennai.
A total of about 864 residential units is planned to be constructed
in Stilt + 9 floors.
The residential units are to come up in 13 blocks.
The units are available in 580 to 2362 sq ft.(Phase 1) and 993 to 1027 sq ft. (Phase 2) SQFT size.
The rate per SQFT is Rs.1899 (Phase 1) and 2599 (Phase 2)**.
The total rate will be around 11.86 and above (Phase 1) and 25.81 onwards (Phase 2) (Lakhs of Rupees)**.
The project is expected to be completed by Phase I - Dec 2010 (Full Project - Apr 2011).

Can we get some active updates on the project. The customer care factor is quite satisfactory in the reviews. however, i am not sure whether there will be a delay. What about the common area and the percentage. Any updates on the water availability and quality of construction, wiring etc. Please update.Planning a site visit in two days will update after that.

I received a 75 Rs/SFT claim from Sabari Foundations promoters over the alredy agreed upon 1899/ SFT price towards Additional Infrastructure and Amenities charges as per MLPA letter dated ........ Has everyone got this claim... is this is a legitimate claim?|

|1st phase will restart construction Apr 1st and handover will begin in September. Phase 2 God knows when. Isn't this crazy, initially Sabari promised handover of 1st phase in July 2011, then December 2011 and now in September 2012. Besides, Sabari needs Rs 75/sqft towards I & A charges. Nothing ever gets done appropriately in India and it never will.
dineshcheeniv, did you pay for the I & A charges yet?
Is anybody thinking to raise a claim against Sabari for the delays?
